St George’s Day 2021

St George’s Day 2021

Welcome to our first virtual St George’s Day. This time last year many of us could not have predicted that we would still be doing virtual activities, a whole year on!

However, with positive news on the horizon that Scouting will hopefully soon return to a form of normality, we are hoping that this event will be an opportunity to remind our members of all ages of the fun and adventures that Scouting can offer and increase the excitement for face-to-face events starting up again.

We hope to have as many of you join us as possible over the weekend and encourage you to share the event as widely as possible with those outside your traditional Scouting links.

Non-Scouting members are equally welcome to participate in the event and we would like to encourage young people to share the fun with friends or family members.

The District Team have pulled together some ideas that you could do either on your own at home with your family or as part of your colony, pack, troop or unit!

If you have any queries or issues, please get in touch with your ADC or the whole team at st.george@fyldescouts.org.uk
